These Allied Deep Dish Black Buster Pizza Pans are 1 7/8 inches deep, straight sided baking pans with 10 inch diameter. Non-stick black buster coating and heavy weight 22 gauge steel. | Absolutely horrible pan, Allied has no business selling these pans in the pizza industry. They warp if you cook them over 450 degrees. I bought 100 pans two years ago and I can't use them anymore, what a waste of money. They came with no instructions so i was unaware they could not cook at the higher temp and the ditributor was also unaware that you could not cook them at the "normal" temperatures. | ||||
