The Arctic Air two-section, refrigerated pizza prep table- featuring 21 cubic feet capacity with , 2 self-closing doors, 2 shelves, (9) 1/3 size pans and full length, 17.75 inch deep cutting board. Temperature monitoring is made easy with this model's electronic thermostat with external digital LED display. Featured temperature range is 33F to 41F. Durable stainless steel exterior, bright white ABS interior, full stainless steel floor, and heavy-duty worktop surface. 3" casters, self-contained refrigeration. Doors are self-closing, but remain open at 90 degrees.
