|The top of the pizza gets cooked faster than the bottom, so we've had flimsy crust. We are going to try to preheat it a bit next to see if that helps.|

|I've been using this oven at home for 2 years, makes a great pizza, but when crusts and toppings vary, you may have to set a shorter time and watch it, then add time as needed. If this unit dies, I may spend a few dollars more for one with a temperature setting. But this is a good basic unit for 12-13 inch pizzas.|

|This commercial snack oven is NSF. No problem with the health department. I prefer the 508 model though because it has a timer.|
