| Just opened the box to make my Christmas Pizzelles. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Recipes looked good. I used the basic and doubled it. I only had 2 discards out of 56 pizzelles (which I made to thin and they got too brown). I found that my pizzelles took 50 seconds rather than the recommended 30-40. At 50 seconds they came out easily and were a light, golden brown. My cousin,who ordered a new one at the same time, said 30-40 seconds worked perfectly for her. She too gave it 5 Stars. We both worked with a 40 year old machine till it began to spark and we both wish we had given up on it years ago. Love the new machine!!! | ||||
