| This is a heavy duty stone. You can really mimic a commercial pizza oven's performance. I even like to order plain New York style pizza from my local pizza place and freeze it. Then i can remove a slice, put toppings of my choice on it, and put it in the oven at 450 for a few minutes. It's important to let the oven pre-heat the stone so it is hot, like the bottom of a brick pizza oven. | ||||

I intended to order the above two items, however, shipping costs were astronomical!!! I have never been asked to pay so much for any other item I have purchased in the US. So...unless you can find a different means of transporting items up here to Canada, I'm sorry, but I will not be able to purchase any items from your business. |
